Alimentaria is the most important International Exhibition of food, beverages and food service in Spain and the Mediterranean region and an international benchmark for the sector. It is held every two years.

The 2022 edition had approximately 3,000 exhibiting companies from 57 countries, as well as around 100,000 visitors from 150 countries. In total, there were more than 2,000 invited buyers.
Alimentaria is the unavoidable meeting point for professionals in the food, beverage and food service industry, where the main players from the following sectors participate: large distribution, wholesalers, retailers, e-commerce, importers, restaurants, accommodation, processors and transformers, institutions and sectoral associations.
