El bacalao al horno de lata es muy popular en la ciudad de Barcelona.<br>Este plato tiene su origen en las famosas Les Fondes (restaurantes de cocina tradicional catalana de la ciudad de Barcelona durante el siglo XIX).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HISTORIA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En toda Catalu\u00f1a, la Cuaresma se suele representar con la figura de una anciana, que tiene tantas piernas como semanas dura el periodo. La anciana lleva un lomo de bacalao en la mano y una cesta en el brazo. Seg\u00fan la tradici\u00f3n, cada semana le arrancan una pierna.
