We are a small winery located in the Costers del Segre DO, on the northern edge of the Priorat region. Our vineyards, situated at over 700 meters above sea level, reflect the rugged character of mountain viticulture with a Mediterranean influence. Since 2015, all our wines have been certified organic by the EU. We avoid herbicides and pesticides, and every grape is hand-harvested from our own vineyards, with a low yield of around 3,000 kg per hectare. Our winemaking relies solely on indigenous yeasts, and we age our wines in a combination of oak barrels, amphorae, granite, and concrete eggs. The winery, fully integrated into its natural surroundings, runs entirely on solar energy.
