The different types of soils on the estate make it an ideal area for elaborating high quality wines and cavas. From our very beginnings, we positioned ourselves for organic and biodynamic farming, turning these two types of farming into a work philosophy. We use only grapes cultivated on our estate in order to elaborate our wines and cavas.
