MontRubí is a boutique estate in Penedès, Spain. It consists of a winery, a restaurant located in a wonderful villa dating back to 1902, and a 5-star hotel, which is a traditional Catalan house dating back to 1771, offering only ten rooms.
Our wines are vegan and organic certified, made exclusively with indigenous grapes. We do not produce Cava but are focused on quality still wines. Pioneers of the grape Sumoll, similar to Nebbiolo and once almost extinct, we take pride in being part of the new wave of Spanish wineries focusing on the purity of the grape, great freshness, and a compelling aesthetic.
Every year, we receive 90+ points from the most prestigious critics.
