Acústic Celller was founded in 2004 by Albert Jané when he fell in love with the wonderful old Grenache and Carignan vineyards of Montsant.
We work directly 54 hectares (42 hectares in property) of old noble vineyards of Grenache, White Grenache, Pansal, and Carignan of the D.O. Montsant. The vines have an age of between 25 to 95 years that we work in an organic way.
We currently have a new winery completed in 2021, integrated into the landscape, sustainable and isolated with natural materials.
When we call a wine ‘acoustic’, we are talking about a wine which seeks out and reclaims the roots, individuality, and values of traditional viticulture.
