LLOPART

Llopart is one of the families with the longest winemaking tradition in Penedès, dating back to the 14th century as documented by a family parchment dated 1385. Since then, 26 generations have dedicated themselves to the cultivation of the family vineyards. LLopart’s family motto: “Ex Vite Vita: From the vine, the life” Mountain Organic Vineyards Their 102 hectares of mountain vineyards, cultivated organically, sprawl along the northern slope in one of the highest areas of Penedès, at an average altitude of 360 meters above sea level, with some vineyards at 450 meters.

All of them are surrounded by forest and Mediterranean vegetation. The vines are grown in the traditional goblet shape and have an average age of 45 years, with the oldest ones reaching 85 years of age.

The family estate is located in an area included in the Plan for Natural Interest Spaces (PEIN).Quality Sparkling Wines Since 1887For 135 years, Llopart has been crafting quality sparkling wines, steadfastly upholding the traditional method and the craftsmanship of winemaking. With a commitment to sustainability and a pursuit of authenticity through extended aging, they currently produce 600.000 bottles of sparkling and still wine, exporting to 40 countries.

As a co-founder of CORPINNAT, the collective brand established to distinguish outstanding sparkling wines crafted in the heart of Penedès, Llopart utilizes indigenous grapes, hand-harvested 100% organic, and vinified on their property.
