The highest standards of passion, heritage of the TORELLÓ family tradition.
The oldest document recording the history of the family is dated June 17, 1395, and refers to fields, vines, and lands. Throughout history, the family surname has changed as a consequence of successive marriages. Since 1951, Francisco Torelló, anticipating the economic change in Spain, directed the family’s agricultural tradition towards the industrialization of wine production, starting to produce TORELLÓ bottled wines with grapes from the estate.
Currently, Torelló is run by the 22nd and 23rd generation with the commitment to preserving the estate. Can Martí is the name of Torelló estate located 33 km south of Barcelona, which has been organic since 2016.
It is also important to highlight the biodiversity in the estate, which is abundant due to the extension of property and surrounding areas. A wide variety of habitats are found within the vineyards and margins, including white pine and holm oak woods or areas of broom brush and other bushes.
